By purchasing from the Bliss Skyblock Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

1.2 Bliss Skyblock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
1.3 Continued use of the server or store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Payments

2.3 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension from Bliss Skyblock.

3. Virtual Items (Ranks & Crates)

3.1 All ranks, crate keys, and other items sold are virtual digital goods with no real-world monetary value.
3.2 We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove any rank, crate, or perk at any time for gameplay or technical reasons.
3.3 Purchasing a rank or crate does not grant ownership of Bliss Skyblock or any of its assets.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once items have been delivered.

4.3 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Server Rules & Enforcement

5.1 All purchases are subject to our in-game server rules.
5.2 Breaking server rules may result in punishment, including bans, without refund.

7. Termination

7.2 If Bliss Skyblock permanently shuts down, we are not obligated to provide refunds for previous purchases.
